The elevator could not hold more than four people at a time safely. The hotel is old and not well maintained.

Got there at midnight, night shift guy was very rude to the guest ahead of us. Their heat wasn't working and he didn't do anything at all to help (not even call maintenance). After that the guest stood there waiting for him to do something, but he kept on futzing with the computer and ignoring her. Common areas were very nice but room was on a floor that reeked of smoke as soon as you got off the elevator. We enjoyed this hotel. We had very friendly staff and I would stay here again the next time I'm in town. This hotel was easy to find.

We had asked for a non-smoking room and though we received one, the halls smelled like smoke, which bothered us. There is free high speed internet which is a great feature. Family with Young Children
This hotel was nicely located. The rooms were set up perfectly for families and very clean. We really enjoyed our stay and the kids loved how nice and warm the pool was!
